Just wanted to say that I really appreciate your restaurant’s use of SUSTAINABLE fish & produce. I always carry my “Monterrey Bay Seafood Watch” pamphlet with me and if a restaurant serves anything in the red zone (which is a BAD fish choice due to over fishing the population or mercury content) that is a deal-breaker for me. I’ll continue to patronize Atlas (as well as Coastal Kitchen, The 5 Spot, etc) due to your good, ethical & environmentally sustainable practices of menu design. More Seattle restaurants could learn an thing or to from you guys! Keep up the good work!
